4.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
SM Concierge acts as an intermediary between you and service providers. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from any act or omission of any service provider or third party.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
