When an event is sold out: what a concierge can check

A public “sold out” listing means the general sale is closed. It does not mean a hospitality partner, authorised reseller, or the venue has nothing left. It also does not mean SM Concierge can produce a ticket.

What to send

  • Event name, city, and date (or the window you can travel)
  • How many people, and whether seats must be together
  • Budget range, or “quote first”
  • Whether a hospitality package (hotel + ticket) is acceptable if a ticket-only option is not
  • Who approves the purchase

What we can do

We check our hospitality and supplier network. If legitimate inventory exists, we send you the category, inclusions, and the total before anyone pays. If we cannot source it, we say no. We do not use unofficial screenshots as proof of a hold.

Meet-and-greets, grid walks, and player access are not standard inclusions. They are only in a quote if the host has confirmed them.

Payment and authenticity

A request is not a booking. You should not pay a third-party seller we have not named. We will not tell you that you cannot overpay — secondary hospitality is priced by scarcity.

Check event availability.
