UK Schools and Universities: How We Coordinate Applications
SM Concierge coordinates UK school and university applications for international families. We are not a school, an exam board or an immigration adviser, and we cannot guarantee a place at Eton, Harrow, Oxford, Cambridge or anywhere else.
What families usually need
- A realistic list of schools or courses, not a single famous name.
- Registration timing — competitive boarding schools often want years of notice; others work on a shorter window. Each school sets its own rules.
- Exam and interview preparation (11+, 13+, ISEB, university admissions tests) through specialist tutors we introduce.
- For boarding: a UK-based guardian the school will accept, plus airport transfers and holiday cover.
- For university: course choice, personal-statement review, test and interview practice. Offers stay with the university.
What to send
Child’s age, current school, target entry year, any schools already in mind, and whether you need guardianship. Do not send passports or medical files in the first public form; we will ask for documents through a private channel when they are actually required.
What we do not do
We do not sell “admissions director relationships” as a product. We do not promise Oxbridge. Visa decisions sit with the Home Office. If a school is full or the child is not a fit, we say so and discuss other options.
Discuss education plans. Include age and target entry year.
