How quickly can SM Concierge arrange a private jet?
Charter can be arranged with as little as 6 hours’ notice, subject to aircraft availability, crew duty limits and airport slots. Urgent requests are reviewed as quickly as possible through licensed aviation partners. SM Concierge is not an aircraft operator.
What types of private jets are available for charter?
Requests are matched to light jets for short hops, midsize jets for European business travel, heavy jets for intercontinental trips, and ultra-long-range aircraft for non-stop long-haul. The actual type depends on passenger count, range and what partners can confirm on the day.
What VIP airport services does SM Concierge provide?
Through aviation and ground partners we can request fast-track immigration, private FBO lounges, tarmac transfers and meet-and-greet at major airports. What is available depends on the airport and the operator.
Does SM Concierge offer empty leg flights?
Yes. Empty legs are one-way positioning flights that can cost less than a full charter on that route. Availability is last-minute and route-specific; we notify you when a matching leg appears rather than promising a fixed discount.
